 Exchange 

  • Exchanges are only permitted if the product received does not match the order. 

  • The packaging must be sealed and in its original condition. 

  • All exchanges are handled by CRACCK at no additional cost to the customer. 

Return 

  • Due to the nature of coffee products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions: 

  • Damaged or incorrect products received. 

  • In such cases, CRACCK covers all return shipping costs, and the refund is issued via the original payment method. 

Notes 

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure quality and safety.
